boost gauge: can sending units from a different mftr be used?
Hey, since I have not yet installed a boost gauge..
I'd like to install the Blitz Dual turbo timer for now. Has that digital boost gauge. Then later install an electronic boost gauge. Does anyone know if I have to reinstall the new sending unit or can I just reuse the Blitz one or for that matter, split the wire from the old sending unit and be able to use both? For those with either the electronic boost gauges or the Blitz Dual TT, does the sending unit simply have 1 or 2 wires? Or is it some proprietary cable?
Thanks!
