Fuel Injector Installation

I'd like to change them myself. Can anyone tell me how to do it? Is it realitively easy?

I haven't done it on an evo yet, but on a dsm all you do is unplug the injector then unbolt the fuel rail and pop the injector right out.

Are those instuctions Evo Specific? What are the torque specs? I don't understand them in the instructions
