I think you can take out the front tires and cut a hole through the wheel well. Seriously, the bulbs are near the amber turn signals. If you look at your engine bay, then there's no way getting there without some work.

The fogs and highs can be swapped in few minutes. I think the highs are 9005, but you better run a search for '9005' or 'evo high beams'.

wait one more time... you can swap out the highs and fogs in a few minutes? (that means you gotta take off the bumper still right?) (just got slightly confused, thot removing the bumper was more than a few minutes).

Fogs and highs - no bumper removal required

HID bulbs - bumper needs to be removed

Just a quick note if it hasnt been addressed already is that its much easier to disconnect the intercooler spray hose from inside the engine compartment than from underneath the bumper. Just follow the rubber hose from the resevoir until you come to the plastic joiner and pull it off from there.

nah... its more like, if you wanna change ur HID bulbs, you have to remove the headlights to access it. And in order to remove the headlight, you have to remove the bumper. And again, in order to remove the bumper you have to remove the front air diffuser.... then you'll get to it.....
