I notice you have an VIII but on a IX you dont have to remove all the fastners, there should be only 9-10 that you need to remove under the car. You do not need to remove the ones right under the intercooler (3-4 that are not facing downward). And try to be easy (don't push in) while your turning them, don't use any force just lightly turn them, be real gentle. If this don't work grab a real small flathead or a small knife, dig them out while turning them.
