I knew I should have invested in PB...

I could have another Evo for all the cans you've bought...

I tuck it up in my shirtsleeve then wear hammer-pants to make up for the additional space.

if you torch around the sensor you'll just need a normal wrench b/c it will come out like butter.

The torch, oh man, works wonders. I heated the o2 housing near the sensor, popped on a 22mm wrench (wouldnt fit my sensor-tool) and it came right out like butter as advertised! Thanks Camaro. Now I have another issue, getting off the lower heat shield, its unbolted, cant navigate it out of the engine bay. Dont feel like removing the radiator and all that mess. Might just cut it out. any ideas?

what are your options for removal(not quite familiar with the evo's engine bay)?

Is there a splash shield you can remove or a lower bar? Or can you just unbolt the radiator from its mounts without actually unhooking the radiator, and shimmy it around until the heat shield comes out?

there will be a way cause i know mitsu engineers and designers cant be that dumb

I would have to remove the radiator, which I dont feel like doing really. I might just cut the thing off. ETS told me over the phone, that it;s really not needed.

oh yeah, no bars. The shield kinda cradles the o2/hotsection, snags the wastegate actuator.

Update:
Missed the SouthEast Evo/Dsm meet

Anyway, changed my o2 housing, took alot of pictures, I will post them when I get a change to do a write-up. Now everything is good, except it appears the top threaded-hole on my Cat-DP connection is stripped......Its one thing after another I swear. Im going to slide a smaller dia. bolt in and use a nut. Then I need to fill the radiator and give her a start. Oh and install my LICP. What a fun weekend.....
