I'm looking at buying the Turbo XS RFL Ti Catback, but I was kinda wanting a turboback, figured it would be cheaper to just buy the whole thing than getting it separate. Does anyone know if the Turbo XS Turbo back, is the RFL Ti with a downpipe or is it a completely different exhaust. Cause I like the sound of the RFL Ti and the blue burnt tip. And the turboback doesn't have a blue burnt tip in the pic.

 

It is I have mine installed and there is one kit with downpipe and other without it. And also comes with the blue burn tip. Mine was from lancer.com

Yes very loud. Not as loud as my jic ti cbe.
