Did you use the pos autozone square ones (removal kit) or the reverse drill bit lookin thing? I imagine this will be a b!^$ch to get off, but when I remove a broken stud I put the drill speed to 1 and push hard on the drill.

 

When I did it I had tried both of those tools but none of them worked
