hi, ive been putting my evo together for about a month now. i finally get it to the cranking stage, and when i turn the car over, gas pours out the driverside rear by the evap system. any ideas? i just installed a brand new fuel pump . if i block the return line under the hood the car will attempt to crank. im throwing IAT code and Barometric pressure, which makes me think my maf sensor is bad? any suffestions would help. and if there is anyone in alabama that would let me borrow their maf to see if thats my problem. but that wouldnt explain why im dumping fuel out the rear? help plZ

Sounds like your return line is either not hooked up or you have a major hole in the line.

Also, if your MAF is not plugged in it will throw those same codes, just something to double check

 

my maf sensor is plugged in, and a hole in the return at the rear of the car? could that cause the leak to come form the evap system?>

 

I live in Odenville too so let me know if you need an extra set of eyeballs.
