so i got these two pieces which i was told that i would need to install upper grill into an evo 9 bumper.
but im kinda lost as to where these pieces would go.....
please educate me

The bumper has several plastic tabs that go through the grilles. These simply go over the tabs to hold the grille in place. Usually the smaller grilles.

Clips are a little different but same principle.

 

does that not apply to the top grill?

 

if the top grill have dem on already.. then maybe they go on the other mesh peaces..the hold the grill/mesh peace in place

but since there seems to be no tabs in the bumper to hold the top grill in place on a 9 bumper, i believe these are unusable for the top grill...
