How to: fix AC blower not working on levels 1-3
How to: fix AC blower not working on levels 1-3
Please note: This worked for my situation, I can't promise it'll work for yours.
My AC Blower would only run on the highest setting, levels 1-3 did nothing, in my case I fixed it by re-soldering the copper connector inside the resistor pack. Here's how I did it without buying the $100 replacement part:

1. Remove the glovebox by putting your finger behind the latch on the left hand side, you can wiggle the plastic stopper and it will pop out. The right hand side just needs you to bend in the glove box wall slightly and the whole glovebox will fall forward.

2. Remove the plastic cover under the left side of the glovebox area, it should pull forward and drop down without too much pressure.
3. Remove the 3 x 10mm bolts holding the plate up just behind the opening on the left (as shown).

4. Allow the plate and cables to move down and rest on the floor exposing the area where the resistor pack is mounted.
5. Undo the 2 screws holding the resistor pack down.

6. If you look into the side of the resistor pack, you should see a copper flap raised up. Note: The resistor pack states "do not repair", so if you feel uncomfortable then stop right here and buy yourself a new one.
7. Poke a screwdriver in the opposite end to push the connector down. While it's connected carefully apply a hot iron to the end where it dis-connected for several seconds (long enough to heat the copper and melt the solder). Remove the soldering iron while leaving the screwdriver holding it down for another few seconds to allow the solder to seal.
If the connector stays down, that should be it.
It worked for me.
