AMS Shifter Base Bushings

Hey guys, I just installed the ams shifter base bushings in my Evo 8. I've searched and didn't find exactly what I was looking for.

Before I put the center console back together I wanted to confirm I set the bushings the right way.

Alright their a two piece design, may be I'm just dumb but they fit fine the way I have them now.

I placed one bushing grooved side up and it sat snug with the hole underneath the cage, then the other bushing I placed flush side up and the groove fit snug with the hole from the top of the cage.

I just wanted to confirm if this is the correct way or not.
