i want put my evo wings on my new seibon carbon trunk...
i want know if its dangerous for broke the carbon...

what i need know before install the wing and for install correctely

I do not see any issues mounting the stock wing, if you go with a larger wing like APR or Voltex, with the additional downforce and leverage I would definately put metal backing plates under the trunk lid.

wont it creat a crack on the trunk due to downforce weight??
i need create a reinforcement for the underside of the trunk?

I would play it safe and just do a reinforcement if you have any doubt

 

I spoke with Robi a while back about putting wings on CF trunk lids and he told me that his CF trunk lid should only be used with a apr gtc 200 wing with no gurney flap or risers.

I have seen other CF trunk lids cracked from voltex wings.
