Gruppe-S Gauge Panel
I just purchased the 52mm Gruppe-S gauge panel and was wondering how everyone is mounting the gauges to the dash? I have just one Defi D-Gauge mechanical boost gauge right now and it just slides in and has a little bit of play but not much. I am thinking something is supposed to be taped around the gauge where it touches the dash to hold it in place? It did not come with any instructions and I couldn't find any on the forums

Normally there's hardware behind the gauge to secure it to the panel.... usually a couple bolts and a bracket of some sort...
How's fitment on your gauge panel?
I'm finding that on mine it doesn't snap in flush on the right side...

Just recently installed my Gruppe-S Panel with 52mm gauges. If you use the brackets that come with your gauges, the gauge slot on the ends (left and right) will not slide in perfectly unless you cut down the stock brackets where your old pod/radio was. I simply didn't use the brackets and used tape to put the gauges into the slots. Sits flush now.

auto meter sells brackets for 52mm gauges that can be used to secure any gauge in place. I think I paid something like 15 or 18 bucks for the set of 3.... just in case the 3m tape fails
