help with AEM air fuel gauge!

help with AEM air fuel gauge!-photo.jpg
Ok so I’m trying to install an AEM air/ fuel gauge my car has no cat and has exhausted completely done. That sensor you see there is connected to an usb cable and that’s all. I’m confused =/ the port next to that will not come off tried my hardest it won’t budge! Should I just take the o2 senor that’s in there now and replace it with the new one I got for the gauge and that will be that? I don’t understand why that sensor in there now is only connected to a usb cable I have an AEM EMS

if you have and aem ems, then i dont think you need the gauge, you should be able to log directly from the usb cable (someone correct me if im wrong)

i just installed my aem wideband last night but im also running the stock o2 sensor.

My guess is someone else was using a computer to log their A/F...I'd pull it out and use the one AEM supplied with the gauge. I don't think you'll have any issue if the USB cable doesn't connect to anything.
