My car's idle goes up high when clutch is in sometimes,like at a traffic light or stop street.
Apparently it's the idle control valve.Is it an easy excercise and is there a way to fix this without buying a new one?

 

There is a vid on youtube showing how to remove and clean but a new one is a better option.
