saw minor imperfections so i laid down more paint



letting it dry and then on to some wetsanding and clearcoat

Looking good! are you worried about the bondo cracking in the winter or will it not be a problem?

im just using black spray paint with regular clear coat. i plan on getting the whole car repainted pretty soon anyway so im not worried about a little color difference.

It's DONE!!!!!


you can kinda see it in the picture but there's a clear line that separates the two paint colors. i am going to try and solve this by wet sanding with 1000 or possibly 2000 grit and polishing it. i will post pics of the mesh back in and the bumper on the car tomorrow. cant wait to see it in the daylight!!!! . NO MORE . I am officially entirely debadged. the cops wont know what to write on they're tickets lol.

Looks good regardless off the paint. good job. Now just have to fix the crack at the bottom.

THANKS!! and yeah i know it doesn't look nearly as bad when its on the car though. but i will more than likely eventually fix that crack

Make sure u do something with the top piece to make it stronger. Mine cracked really quick..it's just way to thin. Looks good though how many hrs did it take you doing it yourself?

alright thanks for the advice i defiantely will. and probably like 15hrs max of good working time spread out over like 2 weeks.
