Unhappy Replacing fog light in Evo IV

So, ever since I had my DRL module in my Evo IV so it can pass safety it's been blowing my bulbs.. I ripped it out as soon as my car was safetied, but before that was finished my passenger side fog light went out. I've looked around in the bumper and all I can see is a single cord go into the housing. Are these fog lights a full unit? Or does it actually use a H3 bulb that you can take out and replace?

and.. Do I need to take the bumper off to replace it? because that's what it's looking like.

It has been a while since I had my IV, but I do remember it being a replaceable bulb and you do not have to remove the bumper to get to it. I just had the front end up while doing an oil change and was able to access the fog light bulbs.

Was it difficult? I can barely get my hand near the fog light.. but I guess ill try again tomorrow. Do you remember what bulb it is? my guess is an H3

you have to remove bumper, then remove the foglight from the bumper, disassemble it and replace the bulb.

don't think there is any other way doing it. the bulb is H3
