Electronic boost controller headache!!!

Hey thee I've got a evo 4 shaped 4g93 externally wastegatesd and running tdo5 20g turbo and I can't get the boost controller to switch between boost settings the boost controller is a prosport USA electronic boost controller now my first question is in this diagram (http://www.tialmedia.com/documents/w..._wginstall.pdf) there is a wee vent in the top line now the kit didn't come with a vent but I put a manual boost tap in there wound right out to act as a wee vent but I couldn't get the controller to raise the boost pressure by switching to my high boost setting which is 15psi and would only stay on my low pressure which is just the wastegate spring pressure of 7 psi and when I took the vent out it would only stay on my high boost pressure of 15 psi and won't switch to my low boost setting so my question is do I need or not need the vent to operate the ebc ??? Or is it possible my turbos just out off my ebc range or does it take awhile to try and find the correct settings for an ebc??

Honestly, I'm having a hard time understanding what you're saying. Please use some punctuation (commas, periods, etc..).
As for EBC's, you shouldn't have any type of "vent" in the vacuum lines at all.. EBC's are instant, there' isn't a "learning curve" when changing boost settings. Your turbo is definitely not outside any type of control parameters either.
My guess is something with either your wastegate not being hooked up correctly or something not right the EBC. Start checking those first.

oh sorry, ok well my problem is that i cant switch between boost setting ,so was just wondering do i have it connected up properly ?? its just a boost line directly off the compressor housing nipple, it tee's off in the middle with one side of the tee going to the bottom port of the waste gate , with the other side of the tee going to the top port of the wastegate but has the ebc solenoid in it! Is this correct ?? its just a 3port solenoid, i also thort putting a vent in was a stupid idea as well as how could it control the pressure if there is none!! but yeah just kinda tested it to see if it would work! and ok ill have another look over those things CHEERS!
