Looking for a couple different options, The person doing this build did Not realize what it was going to cost him to get the 800ish AWHP range. Still has to buy a turbo setup ETC.

I am helping him find 3 different options ranging from cheaper and up, Out of the parts listed below what brands would you go with for say -

450+AWHP
650+AWHP
800+AWHP

2.3L stroker Build that needs -
-Head Gasket
-Timing Belt
-Oil pan
-Water Pump
-Oil Pump
-PLugs & Wires
-Turbo brand and size?
-Clutch & Flywheel
-differential
-Fuel Pump (has 1450 injectors already)
-Has AMS FMIC (Forget size but it was purchased with intent of 800AWHP)

Anyway after the full build he is now running low on funds so I was just curious out of the parts listed what you would recommend and what is expected AWHP wise for 3 different setups. Thanks Much ahead of time.

I do not know much about EVO's other than when I had a 408 AWHP 386 wtq 2006 WRX with a 6 speed swap, sti HIDS & all that fun stuff I would still get walked by a good portion of them. I was @ 22lbs on a 93 Octane tune.

This kid that is building the car is more or less building a death trap considering he is not used to anything over like 200whp....... I hate to say it but I'm just being honest when I think this car is going to be WAY to much for someone who has not experienced anything near the power levels the EVO will be capable of.
