Intercooler hose

I have a stubborn intercooler tube that keeps coming loose right at the hot side of the intercooler when I am boosting on the freeway. No matter how tight I get the worm clamp it will come loose. I never had this problem with my stock intercooler tube. I can't seem to get that tube in far enough. My question is this.....can someone recommend some kind of an adhesive that I can put over the end of the tube that will allow it to stay put and not come loose?

Does the pipe have a bead roll? Also, you can try spraying hair spray on it. It will make it "sticky". If it is not bead rolled I recommend getting it done. It is a must have for high boost applications.

it may be a good idea to clean the rubber hose, and lightly rough up the intercooler tube with sandpaper, it worked really well on my throttle body inlet, then the t bolts and hairspray.

Without the beads it will eventually pop off. And Murphy says it will pop off at the most inopportune time!
