Is the 6262 set up suitable for my Evo Ix

Alright, so I own a stock Evo Ix mr. Recently, I picked up a 6262 dual bb turbo kit with crossworth m2 cams, 1000cc presision injectors, and a walbro 255 for literally nothing. Question I have is, is it a good set up for my engine and tranny? I've been reading that 6 speed transmissions can't handle that much power. Anyways, I daily my car and just want to know what else I'd need for this set up and if it is suitable for my vehicle. I've been reading other forums and can't find any valuable information. Thank you.

You're going to need the full compliment of bolts ons for that; intercooler, intercooler piping, BOV, and exhaust if you don't already have it. An upgraded clutch like an ACT XTSS would recommended. On pump gas, you'll be torque limited and your trans will be fine, even on E85 it woulf be fine since the stock short block will limit how much torque you want to make.

Sorry, i did add a tbe, test pipe, 3' intercooler, licp, 3 port solenoid, and the clutch has been switched to an excedy stage 1. I might be a bit tempted to launch every now and then.

If I'm not mistaken, the 6262 requires an external wastegate setup. (Manifold, wastegate, dump pipe/recirc system, etc.)
And possibly an upgrade from your Exedy stage 1 clutch to something a little more capable.

Personal note would be to use strictly diaqueen on that POS trans if planning to make any sort stress inducing power. (What power isn't? Haha)
