6 speed to 5 speed swap
06 Evo 9 mr took out 6 speed, put in 5 speed everything is good to go but the harness doesn't have anywhere to plug into? Different connectors? How can I fix this?

You need the 5spd trans harness. Different plug, yes. Also the VIII & IX are different, so be sure to get the correct year.
