I Need Help Fixing My Loose Steering Wheel Mount ASAP!

Hey guys.

About a month ago I noticed my steering wheel cocked to the left and the right. The issue is the mount that is supposed to collapse in the event of an accident. Can anyone help me locate this part please? My car is in pieces and I cannot find one.

thank you
