Sorry if this is the wrong place to ask. With my Demonworkz crash beam installed and my bumper retainer removed from original bumper, do I have still have to modify my license plate holder which is described in the how to so that it looks correct inside the bumper? Do I leave it alone and just install it onto the bumper or do I remove part of it and attach to the DW crash beam? Sorry for the question since the Demonworkz bumper isn't covered in the tutorial. Thanks.

Though if you don't have one on an get into an accident, it's possible they could deny your claim. I wouldn't take a chance. I'd be curious as to what the Demonwerkz is rated at. I just installed mine today. To me it felt like it would withstand a crash better than the factory one.

The only part that you would retain from your factory bumper is the left and right bumper retainer minus the center bracket which holds the plate holder.
It should look like this when it is installed.

The Demonwerkz rear crash beam was designed so that you would not have to use your stock license plate bracket or the factory bulb holders.
The only part that you would retain from your factory bumper is the left and right bumper retainer minus the center bracket which holds the plate holder.
