I'll PM you this afternoon on the GT35r.

MAN something smells fishy. Only 425whp on 110oct. HMMM. Number seems too low for those mods that turbo 110 oct. Please help me understand.

425WHP is very conservative.
Promise low. Deliver high.

The ATP kit comes with a coupler to connect the turbo inlet to your factory intake pipe or a factory direct replacement aftermarket intake. To maximize the airflow (like what we did on our Time Attack EVO) you can customize an 4" intake pipe since all the 3071/3037 turbo come with a huge 4" inlet housing! Like the photo shown below.

We have achieved a 500+whp on a 44psi tune, and we can get 455+whp tune consistently. But base on the track we were racing at (Streets of Willow for the previous EVO challenge) , the longevity issuses, and power band delivery, we opt for the 425whp tune at 26 psi.

I m sure more dyno and road tune can achieve a higher HP numbers, based on the the limited tuning time we have before the EVO challenge (5 hours after the turbo installation was completed), we feel the current tune we have is decent and the car drives as smooth as if not smoother than a stock car.

AND FOR THOSE OF YOU WHO ARE INTERESTED IN THE ATP TURBO KIT GROUP BUY, PM US WITH YOUR CONTACT INFO AND WE WILL KEEP U POSTED! We are currently coordinating with ATP and hope a GB would be a doable.

Cheers

PM Sent! I am definatelly in on a group buy. This kit looks awesome - very complete and well thought out.

Now for engine management... Do you think this kit could run well with just an ECU Dyno-tune from Dynoflash or TurboTrix Flash? I am looking to be able to pass the new crappy New York State Inspection where they plug in the car...

Good question! I think the ATP kit downpipe will probably fit the 05 chassis as another evom member "EVO MR" posted earlier he has the ATP kit on his MR,

quoted from EVO MR on first page of this post:
"bump for a great stealthy kit... like stated above Az3ar has this kit on a pretty much stock engine and pulls like a monstar on my MR"

We will contact ATP on Monday to make sure the fitment on 05 EVO and will definately post an update here.

thanks
