We really thought we had one of these coming (after two PMs with Cal) but even after confirming with Cal, waiting for parts, Cal re-confirming by phone (and starting paper work) and paying for the engine damper via over-night mail when payment was requested, we’ve been told that we’ll receive nothing.

Hi,

I am not sure what you mean there's no engine damper. All the back orders were fullfilled and more are coming on our next containers.

Thanks,
Tom

Hi Tom

Just like I said, we were one of many waiting for the previous shipment of dampers. On May 9th Cal made a point of calling me in the evening to let me know they had arrived. He told me about the color problem (any color you want as long as its blue ) I said no problem. Cal confirmed method of payment, overnight cashiers check, and shipping information, said one would be waiting for us.

Payment was made as promised, someone even confirmed that you received it, but then no parts arrive. When I called yesterday I was also told that the payment was received but that all orders were filled and there were no dampers in stock. When the guy looks up our order, nothing. No invoice, no tracking number, nothing.

Tom, I really don’t know what to tell you. Cal had us covered all the way through the sale, did a great job and then zip. Maybe you can find one layin' around somewhere for some reason?

Thanks
