I really want this Actuator!! With the heavy spring in it will I be able to run less than 21 psi or will I have to pretty much be on race gas or meth the whole time?

Also how do you adjust the actuator???

As per the request of numerous Forge dealers and customer, we are now building the Evo actuators with the stiffest spring we offer. The stiffer spring is rated at about 19-24 PSI by itself, so with no boost controller and very little pre-load adjustment, you will make no less than 19 PSI.

The adjustments are made by turning the turnbuckle at the end of the rod IN towards the body of the actuator to increase the spring tension.

If anyone would prefer that their actuator be supplied with a softer spring than the 19-24 PSI version pre-installed in it, a 14-18 PSI spring is available upon request. Individual springs are also available spearately for $16 each if anyone wants to change them at their discretion themselves.

Bump for Greg!

You will not need a tune for changing the boost level. the only thing you might need is a tune for Higher RPMs. I really wouldn't worry about it till you made a major change.
