I just installed the Stiffy. It went on very easy. A few more color pics in the instructions would have helped a little bit because there are a lot of verbal directions calling for small washer this or black nut that. I did learn that it's best to attach the engine side of the dampener to the bracket before you finish installing the bracket to the engine mount. Otherwise, the cam cover gets in the way.
I'm sure I could have done the whole job in 20 minutes if I had to do it again.
My driving impressions:
-You really can't feel any more additional vibration in the cabin. I have mine set on 11.6mm.
-You can hear some more high frequency sounds in the cabin. I kind of like it actually. It lets you hear what's going on better now with the engine. It might get old eventually, but I like it for now.
-Shifting is crisper. I wasn't able to play too much in my neighborhood without getting in trouble, but initial impressions are that things are much crisper now. I'll find out more later in the year with autocrossing.

In the future, it'd be nice if there were a hand adjustable feature like on a shock or something.
Just my 2 cents. Don't take this as a negative post. I can't wait to install it and test it!

I'm pretty interested in this product, but it seems like its pretty difficult to adujst.
What setting do you recommend for street driving? Can you set it before you install it?
What tools do you need to adjust it once its on?

Personally, I adjust it full stiffness (simply open it all the way up) before I put it on and left it that way for ever. Once its on, normal wrenches work for adjustments, they just have to be fairly thin wrenches.
