I can only speak for the HKS DLI II which I have two friend that have use them with great results. This items is a direct competition with the HKS DLI II and after viewing the testimonies of Cloud and the other guys I think you can't go wrong.
HKS DLI II has proven great results at the dyno. I don't see why this product wouldn't. It tremendously helped my good friend Slowcar(Aber) with his misfiring on his 03 Evo when he was having trouble with the Coolingmist and water injection.
I'd say it is a win to win situation. I am ordering a pair myself.
