you guys have to read through the threads alittle more, I used als flash as a base, and been tweaking it ever since i got it. i have alotta faith in the Stock ECU, i never thought that i would fail ever since i kicked the utec out. there was never any need for a utec or safc, or anything of that nature. You just needed to do the research, ( which alot of people Dont DO!!!!) and figure out that ECUflash or a mail in flash will get you close or the same results that a UTEC safc, would, dont forget that all your piggy back ECU modifiers are just that..... PIGGYBACKS! they're still bound by the stock ECU. so by using your ecu flash youd still get the same results. Just a small observation

With all of these projects you have going on, that website looks like it's going on the back burner.

Welcome to ECU+. You will find its a great logging tool.

Should be an unbeatable combo with ECU+ and ECUflash.

yeah unfortunately all the content is heavily dependent on finishing a few of the projects.. I really need to recruit a few people to keep the site up to date for me.

Since playing with ECUFlash, I've turned off the Open-Loop fuel on UTEC. So now my UTEC works just like ECU+ on fuel adjustment, and I can have a static timing control where I want it. It works like a charm!

I am still using UTEC to control my boost now, because I am running Perrins EBCS. The way I hook it up will require UTEC or other EBC to control it properly. Anyhow, I think I will need to keep my UTEC for map switching feature, so I can run my SMC Alky. So yes, piggybacks like ECU+ and UTEC still have its place in the market. And they only work better with ECUFlash!

Yep. I'm keeping my Xede for nitpicky timing changes as well as to control the alky box when I finally pick one up. Nothing like having another computer sit there and watch both knock and AFRs looking for anything funny when spraying the meth

Oh yeah, and the ECU+ has some of the most impressive logging GUIs/setup I've ever had the pleasure to play with and tune on. I thoroughly enjoyed it. Hats off to the developer for such a great piece of software.

I just got my cable and raised the 2step to 6k. Props to the creator of this wonderful program Al, I'm going to need a race gas custom tune very soon.

How long does it take to download your ecu?
How long is the turn around from Dynoflash running currently?

Thanks
