The 10.5cm^2 hotside upgrades your 9.8cm^2 nozzle area to the much larger 10.5cm^2. This increased nozzle area is perfectly suited for high boost / high RPM duty. Significant increases in mid-range to top end power are seen with this addition of this turbine housing, and this is why this turbine housing is found on upgraded turbos such as the TME.
Our twin flapper 10.5cm^2 housing allows for a single release valve for each "scroll" of the turbine, and ultimately creates a larger flow area than the single flapper counter part. Theoritically this larger twin-flapper setup allows for greater boost control and a reduction in boost creep.
