are these 1 step colder than the stock ix plugs? i need these for my meth tune...the tuner told me to get one step colder gapped at .022

i erad somewhere that these were 2 steps colder..please verify and you have a sale!

Hey Axiom, what do I need on my IX to make 380whp on your guys' dyno? I hit 330 when Shiv was out last so I'm curious as to what the shop car has (besides the HR8 plugs heh)!!
