If it works with the stock pipe it should work with the Nisei lower. It's designed to emulate the inlet and outlet positions of the stock pipe to maximize compatibility with other products.

It comes with the silicone fittings and t-bolt clamps for the turbo outlet side.

I'm not sure if this will work with the ARC intercooler. Does it come with its own lower pipe? I remember last time I saw an ARC IC it had endtanks that lined up differently.
