Is the piping wall thickness stiff enough to not bend when using the T-bolts?

I have a friend with an AMS LICP that crushed when tightening down with the stock hose clamps. I would like to get one of these, but need to be assured that the piping will maintain its shape when tightened down with T-bolts. Also please PM me the price with shipping to 28168.

Thanks
Brian

The pipe is steel, the t-bolts will break before the pipe gets damaged.

Thanks for calling yesterday. We appreciate your business!

I received mine is 2 days, awesome service and very fast shipping! Pipe installed perfectly. The main thing I liked about this pipe (other then the price!) was the fact it had one support bracket similar to stock. This really helps to support the pipe and keep it from sagging on the air dam.

My only complaint about the pipe is it's steel instead of alum, but that's the only thing!

Nisei also makes an aluminum version for $225. For $139 it is not possible to construct the piece out of aluminum. The steel construction enabled the pricing to be lowered significantly for those that don't want to spend a lot on a lower pipe.

I'm glad you like the product. Nisei makes great stuff.

Looks great. Nice to see vendors putting some competitives prices . Too bad I already have LICPS on the Evos but definately it sounds like a smoking deal for those on a tight budget.

Dang! Didn't know that...oh well the steel one is fine for now. When I upgrade the FMIC I will trade out for a alum version.
