i havent normallly seen them with differnet springs and shims?

Evo15 is the newest version of the diverter valve.
Different springs and shims allow a user to custom tailor how much boost the valve will hold as well as tune it for better driveability.

It is designed to be used just like stock and plumbed back into the intake.
The term "DIVERTER" is used because when it "blows off" it diverts the blown off air back into the intake tract.
