That sure looks like the old style pre RS type forge valve with an anodize job to me. Didn't Mike@Forge actually say that valve was not meant for or designed to be used in an Evo?

Mike is the one who came to us to offer this sale to evolutionm.net. The photos also came from Mike.

Forge in the UK anodized these limited edition colored valves.

The valves work well in the Evo application if you use the right spring combination for the boost you intend to run.

These valves carry the same LIFETIME free replacement warranty that all of the FORGE PRODUCTS carry.

That post was made 15 months ago when there were legitimate issues with the valve that needed to be corrected.

While my posting in that thread was seriously ill-timed and ill-constructed, which I have already apologized and suffered consequences for, we proactively redesigned the pistons for this particular valve to improve airflow and driveability to correct the issues.

I have been using one of these valves with an updated piston on my own personal Evo for the last 8-10 months with no issues whatsoever. I never reinstalled my RS valve after testing the new piston design.

Since the piston redesign has worked so well, the valves are now able to be sold again with confidence and they still come with our unlimited lifetime warranty as do all of our products.

Scott is not to be questioned in any way, shape, or form in this sale. He is selling a product that has worked for us, for him, and many others and that we now support 100%.

If anyone is interested in one of these valves, buy one now at this seriously discounted price, because once these Red and Blue valves are gone, we won't be offering anything but black or polished from then on.

Yellow spring should work for your application.

I have leak tested this valve with multiple springs on ozman's 2003 black GSR. They will hold perfect.
Red spring holds 30psi no problem Great deal on theses guys!
