At Deatschwerks we take a unique approach to building our high flow injectors. Other fuel injection companies offer only a couple different styles of injectors and leave fitting them up to the customer. At Deatschwerks every injector we produce is a drop-in fitment for its application. When we say drop-in fitment we mean drop-in fitment. Our injectors are engineered to fit your OEM harness, OEM fuel rail and OEM manifold.

All Deatschwerks high flow fuel injectors are built using only quality OEM cores. In addition, each set is balanced to within a 2% flow variation. For our customers, this means better fitment, easier tuning, and increased reliability. We back all of our products with a comprehensive 12-month warranty.

Most aftermarket injectors go straight from the production line to the shipping department. At Deatschwerks, we have added what we consider a crucial step of flow balancing and quality assurance testing on EVERY set of injectors we produce - not just one or two from each lot. Over 40 data points are collected and analyzed on each injector to be sure our customers only receive the best end product. All of our testing is performed in-house on our custom built New Age Technologies injector flow bench.

Just to show you guys how awesome these are. Your stock OEM injectors are only required to be within 5% of each other most aftermarket injectors are the same. All deatschwerks are matched within 2% of each other.

Also flow charts and such are included and injectors are serial numbered so you can put the highest flowing injector on the cylinder most prone to running lean.

 

Bump more in stock. Last set that we installed had a 0.5% difference

Neither actually

These are a disk type injector.

 

question.. i know they do core refunds but do they also do it for evo injectors?? if they do.. how much they pay for each oem injector??? im really interested in a set

 

Currently I am not seeing any info on core refunds for evo injectors sorry.
