We don't need to explain why you want a 3" Catback exhaust for your EVO. The bigger the better, the bigger the more HP! But the thing that sets exhaust apart is the sound. This system is not loud at all. It was designed originally with No cat (Not that we are saying that is ok) and to be mellow. With the current catted midpipe, this is very very mellow, and for those that have heard one, i think they would agree. No droning at free way speeds either. Yet it adds a ton of HP and Torque. (Perfectly capable for vehicles producing up to 600 HP! So even as your needs for power grow, or you upgrade the turbo, this PERRIN system will be more than adequate!)
The PERRIN Catback is also about 15lbs lighter than previous systems. With a few tricks we got the system down to 34 lbs! All without sacrificing durability.

Our cat-back is a simple bolt on item, just as our Downpipe is. That means that there is no denting or grinding required to clear the tranny on the new models.ls to install. Again a simple formula, make it fit, make it 3", and done. Our downpipe uses the stock 02 housing gasket to provide a vibration free connection.

The last peice of the puzzle in our Turbo back exhaust is the cat pipe. There are many laws surrounding catalytic converters that everyone should be aware of. Especially those who live in California. But if you live in a Non CARB state, and your OEM cat has gone bad, or been damaged, then this is the part for you! Not only does it use a 49 state approved conveter, but it makes your entire exhaust system 3" from the turbo to the back of your car
All of our exhaust parts are made with 100% 304SS tubing, and fully polished. 304SS is the standard when it comes to exhaust systems, as this material is good enough to deal with the extreme heat and vibrations an exhaust sees.

Post sound clip please and also pics of real life photos/on car. Also whats the db rating on the turboback as it is not the cat that gets people in MA it is the sound and they don't even test, they write the ticket and boom off to court so close to stock sound and looking stock is key. Also a lot of vendors claim 3" but is there any bit of taper what soever

DB Rating is tuff, with or with out cat? With or with our 3" DP?
I was about to say look at the site, but i realized that the EVO exhaust pics were some of the pics that got lost in a computer crash. So we will get you some pics on the car, but the style is like the OEM, meaning the muffler sits where the OEM one does, not off to the side and JDM like.
Also the Vids will come soon! We have some drive-by with the stock car with and with out the silencer, on a catless midpipe.
