If the LICP you have terminates in the same location as the factory LICP (factory replacement) then fitment with our intercooler will be perfect! If it is the version that bends upward and meets the stock intercooler with a straight coupler there will be some modification required. ets intercoolers are top notch very pleased with the 3inch i bought for my car a couple weeks ago! ETS all the way! i also have their licp looking to get set up with their UICP as well soon. GREAT PRODUCTS TOM!
