NEW ETS 4" Wide-Tank Bolt-On Intercooler!

For those of you looking for the largest possible bolt-on intercooler, we've designed the all-new 4" wide-tank EVO intercooler It uses a 22x11.5x4" core with wider end tanks for the ultimate in flow and distribution across the core while maintaining bolt-on fitment with the crash beam

To get some installation feedback on the first 5 intercoolers sold, they will be available at $100 off of our sale pricing of $689 in exchange for your feedback. That's $589 for the first five If you're interested get a hold of me!

For Nick's write-up on our first pre-production unit see here - https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/sh...d.php?t=316838

These have been so popular that we've added the 3", 3.5" and 5" thicknesses as options for the wide-tank intercooler as well! You now have 8 intercooler options for your EVO when you call us

Tom, with your Intake Pipe, LICP and Short UICP, on my IX. The stock IC is my weak link in the system now (Heat Soak). Other then that I have a Megan TBE (Test Pipe) and a 255 FP and 680's on the way (Maxing out stock injectors), and the most I would do down the road would be Cosi's and a Green. Which size would you suggest, 3" or 3.5" and what would be the price shipped to 92126, for each one.

The 3.5" will be just fine for your current and future plans. No need to go any bigger.

Would this IC be overkill on a mildly modded IX?

We are offering both the standard width core and now wide-tank intercoolers in all four thicknesses (3", 3.5", 4" and 5") to accommodate any power goal. If you don't see yourself passing 500whp any time in the future then the 3" is plenty. The 3.5" will get you to 700whp, 4" to 900 whp and 5" to 1150whp

Response was rather overwhelming and we are now backordered on both 3.5" and 4" wide-tank intercooler core. We do have some 3" and 5" wide-tank core and of course any of our standard width intercooler core in stock

This is the 4th generation of ETS core. After having used cores from Garrett, Bell and Modine in our intercoolers in the past, we've improved upon the best features of each to arrive at what is our current core design. If you'd like to discuss details of how we spec the internal/external fin pack of our core and all of the reasons it's an awesome bar and plate design please feel free to give me a call!
