Exactly, and trust me when they original mix-up was found out I did deal directly with them. I was very calm when they told me that my total was going to be 593 instead of the 540 they quoted. Then they charged my card for 606. I was calm about that too even though it matched none of the above prices. We talked and they decided to charge me 576, Ive been waiting on the 30 credit for 5 days. Now I see they have dropped the price on the exhaust another 50 dollars and wonder why they couldnt make good on their original quote of 540 shipped.

I am not one to go directly to the forum and share bad experiences, however, this was the last straw. I think it is important to share personal experiences with vendors on the board so that members can make informed decisions when choosing where to take their business. Also, if world one had handled this situation differently then this post would not be here.

Please do not let my isolated experience deter anyone away from World One. Even though this incident did occur they were more than willing to make good and they have done so. I fully expected World One to hold a grudge after my post yet they were more concerned with making the customer happy than dealing with my desire to vent in a public forum. If nothing else, I respect that.

Shipping to Alaska is little rough because the package has to go two day and the box is so large. By running a quick quote I am getting 149.50! Since the 399.00 price is shipped we could knock 25 dollars off your shipping price and the price for the unit shipped to you would be 518.50 You will have to let me know what you think about this. The quickest way to get your order processed would most likely be for you to send us an email with your phone number and a rep will call you on monday to get your order in the system.
