Dry carbon fiber is made in a pre-preg and dry process which consists of vacuum forming sheet of carbon fiber into a mold at temperatures around 350° F, which allows carbon fiber to form into a strong and lightweight composite making them durable and able to withstand elevated engine bay temperatures.

Seibon Carbon's carbon fiber body components for the 08-10 Evolution X are among the best carbon fiber body parts money can buy. Seibon Carbon finishes all of these components with a clear coat finish resulting in a great "wet" looking shine and durable finish that you don't get from other brands that use a gel-coat finish. All Seibon carbon sheets are built into a mold made from an OEM component, so they do not break and split like the ones where carbon is only wrapped around the skeleton. Seibon Carbon's molding process also results in a carbon fiber body panel that has an excellent fit.

Seibon carbon fiber hoods are not 100% carbon fiber. Because carbon fiber material is just a piece of cloth you can't make any shape out of it without some kind of support. Seibon Carbon uses fiberglass backing to construct the skeleton.

Seibon Carbon has a 6-month limited clear coat warranty, and they guarantee fitment for all USDM vehicles that have not had any bodywork done. Seibon carbon test fits all parts before they make them available for sale, but customers need to understand that no after-market body parts will fit exactly like OEM. As a precaution, test fit all parts before you cut/paint/drill the items. It is considered normal to do minor adjustments for a good fit.

If I remember correctly they are indeed carbon fiber and have fq300 stamped on them. I don't know what the oem part number is but if you can figure that out and I get you a price.
