Well, we were running some 255/35/18 Michelin Pilot Sport PS2's but now we've gone to some 275/35/18 Hoosiers (which I DO NOT RECOMMEND if you're not into rolling your fenders).
255/35/18 or 245/40/18 would be a good bet. No rolling or rubbing needed.

Is plus 35mm the stock offset? Does this mean the RE30 in 18x9.5 with plus 35mm offset will clear the stock Brembo calipers with ease, especially because of the more concave design compared to the stock wheels? Will this size require spacers? Sorry for all the noob questions. Thank you very much.
