Ichiba Wheel Spacers
I believe Volks come in either the 73.1mm or the 75mm center bore sizes. Ichiba Wheel spacers will work with the 73.1mm center bore.
The OEM Evo 8 wheels are 17x8... offset is I think +35. You can go with a 20mm spacer to make it pretty flush.
With the 20mm spacer it will be +15 offset, however having 8" wide wheels allows room for big spacers.

YOu can go with a staggered setup... 25mm front / 20mm rear. You might need to roll the rear if you want it flush.
Assuming that you're on stock wheel / tire.
