When I was in Japan I had a black Sylvia w/white rims and it looked hot! The rims were a 7 or 9 spoke design.

When I first saw that pic I was thinking that was an R/C Car.

Honestly, I have a tarmac Evo with silver aftermarket rims, and the brake dust is unbelievable with the stock and DS2500 pads.. I couldn't imagine running white rims (Even though they actually look good on the black car in the photo) simply because of the amount of cleaning it would require. Keeping the paint on a black car looking decent is hard enough, let alone mitsubishi's black paint (which gets damaged if you sneeze on it, let alone tree sap, bird poo, or acid rain)
