#2....remove stock bumper. it'll make it alot easier...trust me.........(if you have a base GSR, you won't have to deal with the intercooler spray bottle hose, so removal is a cinch). kdogg has a pretty good write-up here in the how-to's section.....but again...no intercooler spray hose makes it easier..... https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/sh...ad.php?t=67956
#3...install bulbs and lights. (they are phillips bulbs..so they are good quality...and they don't get hot like some aftermarkets)...just plug and play....
#4....wire it up....it's pretty straight forward, and there are easy instructions.....PM me for exact details if you want....
#5 ....turn on car and test lights....
#6...if all works good...re-install bumper and hit the road....
good luck..
sup mang! Looks like youve been busy on evom...haha...
For all who inquired about the HIDs, they look super clean....looks OEM, a lilttle brighter in color, w/ very clean cut off. I have the oem HIDs and I really like wickeds HIDs.

Side by side, they look pretty close, and it is pretty hard to tell them apart, unless you stare really close. I have to say though...the stock EVO HID's are hard to beat. Though I'm VERY happy with the aftermarket Phillips kit, it is a bit more scattered than I would like.
OEM is more solid and well-rounded. Aftermarket is a liiiittle bit broken up. But man...compared to the stock halogens...it's black and white, and to me...well worth the $$.
Visibility is very good. I can't tell from inside the car...it looks alot brighter to me, and the road lights up very nice, with a pretty clean cutoff line.......
Installation was a bit challenging, but not hard....you'll have to pull the front clip in order to install them.....PM me if you need help....

sounds easy enough...sorta lol
did you have to adjust the headlights?
Man I would trade my aem anyday for that blitz induction cover. You just gave me a new DIY project. Im going to make the shroud with my stock cover and it will still utilize the cold air scoop.
