I second that! $400 is way too expensive for a knock-off!! I might as well get the real du-luck lip at that price. IMHO they would make a hell of alot more money if they priced the lip at a lower price. I know people (including myself) would eat these up at a better price. A representative from the company that makes this lip needs to post on here....increasing the price by $100 sounds like shady business to me.

 

quite pricey, i like the look but 400 for double stick tape? ouch. anybody know the details on the Carbings one? it's cheaper and is supposed to be the exact replica of the doluck

The answer to your question, you dont have to do group buy. I can give u really good deal, but the problem is I dont have any in stock. I have 16 pcs back order, this is carbon fiber takes 1.5 days to make one + the weather are wet and cold it may takes longer. CARBING is one of the big name manufacturer in Japan that manfactures suspension components and aero parts. They make the EVO front lips for Do-Luck. These lips are heavily back ordered in Japan. ETA is 3-4 months back order.
I know some of you have been in contact of so and so about these.. good luck!

As for this replica here.. it definately gives us more options to choose now...

But from looking at the pix of this lip.. I am not quite sure how sturdy this piece will be..especially there will be a lot of downforce up front during high speeds. I sure hope the front lip don't slip off and rip the undertray off while doing over 100+mph.
