Here are some crappy iphone4 pix from my install this weekend. I got a good deal from a fellow member on a used trunk lid so if I decide to go back, I can just throw my original back on.





For the holes, I picked up some GM/Ford plug fasteners from AutoZone which have a decent fit & look. I'm toying around with removing the rear wiper also. When I had my GTI, I went with the Euro Image Tuning delete plug which is a quality part. I just need to find out if the hole is the same size. Eventually my plan is to get the holes welded including the key hole for that extra clean look

found a used lancer trunk in great condition. going wingless this weekend. i'm thinking about adding a trunk spoiler to improve the lines a bit.

 

Are you going to have to re-paint it?

its a love hate thing with me. sometimes i like the spoiler but sometimes i highly dislike it
