Official Evo II GSR White thread

Some pictures of our shop's Lancer Evolution II GSR.

Some information for those not familiar with the specification of the car:

Last evolution of the 1st Generation engine: 7 Bolt flywheel
Air-Oil cooler (departure from liquid heat exchanger often found on 1G engines
Cast control arms, no sheet metal
Two piece drifeshaft that sandwiches together in the middle at the hanger
Uprated front VCU
Higher lift camshafts
2750lbs
256 hp claimed stock
16G turbocharger and 510 injectors stock
FMIC
revised angle and design on rear spoiler from EVO GSR

Our car is fitted with Evolution III aerodynamics on the side skirts and front bumper.


Interior

Recaro SRD seats (factory)
Electric folding mirrors
Super cheapo everything else

The Evo II debuted at Arcropolis Rally under the control of Armin Schwartz in 1994.

Suspension is Cusco Zero 1 R adjustable height, spring preload and damping, underbracing, trunk and strut bracing in addition to front pillow ball mounts, all by Cusco. The car is also equipped with an adjustable plate-type rear LSD currently set at 55% lockup.

Wheels are T's racing 15*7 2 pc and for track, Ralliart Group A MG 18*8 made for Enkei by OZ and used on Tommi's WRC car at Monte Carlo.

I think I like!!!! I have an SR20det car too! : )

On lancer register the Sunny and the early evos are all the rage.

Celm I wonder if we could invite you to the shop sometime? I'd like to see the GTIR. I'm very interested in the throttle body system on that car.

Very unique!!

Here's another of the SR car. It's our hillclimb championship series entrant for New England SCCA Hillclimb series.

Wow, you weren't kidding about them being used at Monte Carlo How in the world did you find them? Ebay?

I'm sure they'll look awesome when they're done

A friend imported them from Ralliart along with a Group A turbo.
