The one thing the owner left out is the wheel width. Whether its a 9" or a 9.5", running this +22 up front w/the 255/35 tire is doable. There will likely be some liner rub, especially w/a 9.5" wheel
(BTW, the tires have a bit of stretch so likely a 9.5" wide wheel)

The issue is most always the rear fitment as the owner noted (it rubs, even at that tall ride height)

Running this +22 will need the full rear fender treatment. Roll, pull & the bumper bolt relocation. Its is doable, but for a no rub set up, running less than 2 degrees of rear camber you will have treat the rear fender

The wheels I want need to be 18x9.5 22et to clear the Bembos.
I can deal with inner fender rub but don't want to deal with pulling the front fenders, it never comes out good.

The rears I plan on just rolling the arches and running a slightly less aggressive offset .

As far as tires I like the idea of 245/40/18 or 255/35/18

Im sure you know, but not being to rotate can be costly. Id rather run some RPF1s & use a front spacer to clear the caliper
